You are responsible for activities on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Content and Licenses

KnitCraft lessons, patterns, videos, and materials are licensed for personal, non-transferable use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, sublicense, or resell the content without prior written permission.

You may reference materials for your own learning and personal projects. If you share outcomes publicly (for example, in social media), please credit KnitCraft where reasonable.

4. Payments

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Refunds and cancellations, where available, follow the timelines and conditions communicated at checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Discounts and coupons are time-limited and may have additional eligibility requirements.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension pending investigation.

5. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to compromise security, scrape content, or infringe on others’ rights. We may limit or suspend access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

• No harassment, hate, or abusive behavior.
• No uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access.
